I am a professional cook trained at the Culinary School of Cooking in Rhodes, and I’ve spent 13 years working in restaurants and hotels across Rhodes and Zakynthos before focusing fully on private dining.

Today I cook as a private chef with deep knowledge of the traditional and local ingredients of my island. I grow my own vegetables, herbs, and fruits in my bio-organic garden, and I also produce my own wine and olive oil—so every meal feels like a beautiful trip through tastes.
