I built my foundation at the Culinary School of Cooking in Rhodes island, and I shaped my craft through years of work in restaurants and hotels before dedicating myself to private dining.

This was a fantastic experience. I booked this for a celebration taking place in Zakynthos, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The communication from the booking being confirmed to the event was fantastic and the chef was very accommodating to dietary needs/requirements, which made for a lovely menu suitable for all. Once the chef arrived, he let all attendees enjoy their evening whilst he prepared and cooked the food, so it was very relaxing. We had a wide variety of dishes prepared for us and this was done using organic products home grown/made by the chef himself. The quality of the food was excellent, and all left overs were wrapped and placed in the fridge to enjoy over the upcoming days. The kitchen was left exactly how it was found - it was almost as if he had not been there! Nothing was too much trouble for the chef and all requests were adhered too. I highly HIGHLY recommend this experience and will do so to anyone I know coming to Zakynthos in the future. I cannot thank the chef enough for his time and efforts.
